Romolo's shells are golden fried, with hints of cinnamon, wine and
cocoa. Our ricotta is imported from New York, then blended smooth with french vanilla, citron zest and chocolate chips.To ensure freshness, we deliver your cannoli weekly. All you need to do is fill them to order. Once filled, a traditional shell with be crunchy for a few hours, and a chocolate coated shell all day, but they are best enjoyed right after filling.
